A quick sketch idea for a new painting.

A tighter sketch of favourite snack. I think I prefer this composition to the earlier sketch. Not sure about the blue background though.

Alfie, a Bengal cat and Ailsa, a Doberman live with Kathryn and their other feline friends. This painting is full of autumn colours which suit these two friends and give the painting a warm glow.

Laura’s cats Moo and Forrest look so comfortable curled up in front of the windows. This painting uses acrylic ink and paints on paper built up in layers over an acrylic medium which adds some random texture and surprise to the painting process.
