August, 2009Society Of Feline Artists ShowAugust 24th, 2009 The invites are out for the 2009 SOFA show. It runs from the 28th of August to the 18th of September at Llewellyn Alexander gallery, opposite The Old Vic in London’s Waterloo.
Marley and MillerAugust 19th, 2009 These two beautiful boys belong to Tanya. I seem to have painted a lot of ginger boys this year and these two are full of character.
This is Marley.
They are 9×8 inch mixed media paintings on paper. Harry On The ChairAugust 2nd, 2009 This is a small oil painting of Harry sitting on the chair enjoying the sun. I haven’t thought of a proper title for it yet. I loved the way the colours reflected in his coat, he’s so shiny! And his yellow eyes really catch the sun.
Here’s a close up. The painting is about 12×8 inches and I’ve put it in a beautiful ivory coloured frame. I love it in this frame.
He’ll go into the Society Of Feline Artists show I think. If I can bear to part with him! |
