This little cat is Cora, a British Blue kitten. She’s sitting under a Japanese pagoda in the garden and the sunlight is falling through the leaves of the plant next to her. I loved the colours, the blues, grays and violets in her fur and in the slate all around her and the warm yellows and golds in the pot and in her fabulous eyes.

This is an original acrylic painting on watercolour paper. This is what it looks like framed. The frame is a gold/silver frame and it's 14x14 inches square.

This painting was exhibited in London in the Society Of Feline Artists London show in September 2006.
