Beautiful Bags

I designed a bag for myself a couple of years ago and I loved it. It has the painting Golden Eyes on both sides of a black leather bag. It's a good size, big enough to carry magazines or a small laptop and it's great for visits to Waitrose too. I use mine all the time and I find it a good talking point! I've met lots of nice people when they stop me to ask about my bag. I always end up talking about cats and dogs in the supermarket aisle. :-)

People have asked me if I can design a bag for them too, and as I fancy another bag for myself I've agreed to design a small collection exclusively for this Christmas season. They won't be available anywhere else!

About The Bags

These beautiful bags are made from leather and have one of my paintings printed on a satin fabric and hand stitched into the bag. The printed fabric has a soft silky quality and a satin sheen finish. It wipes clean easily and feels nice to the touch. The bags are all large leather shoulder bags with plenty of room for magazines or a small laptop, or for your supermarket shopping.  Great for work, shopping or taking your world with you on the move (like me!).

What are the differences between them?

The Big Beautiful Bag has side panels with a popper so you can make the bag thinner or wider and it has a zip across the top to close. Here are some close up photos of the details.

The Shoulder Bag doesn't have side panels, the fabric goes edge to edge and it also has a zip across the top to close.

The Italian Bag has side panels but no zip closure, it has two poppers instead and it's made from beautiful Nappa leather. It comes in a choice of colours, pale pink, pale blue, beige and black.

I'm going to be ordering them soon. They take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive so if you'd like one too, for yourself or maybe for a Christmas gift do let me know. If you'd like a bag but with something different for the print do email me and ask. I can make up a design for it and send you an idea of how it would look before you decide.

The Big Beautiful Bag

Made from leather with  22 inch handles, fits easily over your shoulder.
Has a satin fabric print on each side of the bag. The fabric has a soft silky finish and can be wiped clean.
Hand-stitched finishing.
Zip top closure.
Two open pockets and one zipped pocket inside the bag.
Has leather side panels with two press stud closers at the top to adjust the width of the bag. With these open you can get a lot of shopping in there.

The Shoulder Bag

Made from leather with  21 inch handles, fits easily over your shoulder.
Has a satin fabric print on each side of the bag. The fabric has a soft silky finish and can be wiped clean.
Hand-stitched finishing.
Zip top closure.
Two open pockets and one zipped pocket inside the bag.
There are no leather side panels on this bag, the print goes edge to edge.

Made from beautiful Italian nappa leather, feels lovely!
16 inch handles, fits easily over your shoulder.
Has a satin fabric print on each side of the bag. The fabric has a soft silky finish and can be wiped clean.
Two inner pockets. one zipped.
Stud feet on the base to protect the bag.
Two press stud closers at the top (no zip).
