This portrait took me a while to complete but she is such a beautiful cat and she has the most lovely eyes.

It’s a very interesting pose, with the sun coming through her ears and the angle of her head means we’re looking up into her eyes. It took some time to come together, but when it did she seemed to glow from within.

I am lucky enough to own the original of this (and also Aila!) and the image on here just doesn’t come close to the glow and light you have manages in Aila’s eyes and through her ears. And the blue background is so intense – it really reminds me of the sunny day when Aila posed for this. You have excelled yourself with this portrait Denise. I am honoured to have it on my wall :)
