Missy And Biggie

A gorgeous pair of fur kids! Missy the ginger cat and Biggie the king charles spaniel are the best of friends, Don’t they look adorable cuddled up together? ? I love the warmth there is in the painting. Cats and dogs can be friends and I tried to capture their obvious affection for each other.

I painted this commission of a pair of furry friends in oils on a board and framed them in a gorgeous shadowbox frame so that the painting floats over the background. I’m really pleased with the way it looks in the frame. 🙂
