This is Phoebe, Toots to her friends. A beautiful tuxedo girl with those bright yellow-green eyes and that steady, direct gaze. Painted against a deep black background so her markings and whiskers really stand out. She’s part of a matching series, each one painted on an 8 × 8 inch panel and finished in a black stepped floater frame. Small in size, but definitely not small in personality.
