Rainbow Cat

If the eyes are the windows to the soul, then I think this tabby cat is a wise old soul. She seems to be a kind and gentle cat and those eyes are filled with love. 🙂 I wanted to give her as much colour as I could so her stripes are a rainbow of different colours and I went for golden whiskers. Gold looks lovely against all the colours in her coat. I loved doing this one. She’s painted on A3 paper, so a little larger than my other watercolours.
